A Signature Advance range from $3,000 – $1,000,000. Signature advances are not a loan but an advance against the future receivables of your company and as such, there is no specific term of repayment. Can I receive both an advance against my credit card receivables and an ACH Advance at the same time? This may be possible, depending on your business credit, annual revenues, and the strength of your receivables. ApplyingHow do I qualify for a Signature advance? Signature has a variety of options to suit your needs. To qualify for an Signature Advance, your business should have the following characteristics: 1. Minimum 6 months in business. 2. Minimum of $100,000 in annual revenue. 3. Minimum 500 FICO score of the business owner. You can contact your dedicated Account Manager or call (718)-618-6506 to see what options are available for you. What information do I need to apply? Typically, we only require basic information about yourself and your business, we may also ask for: 1. Business Tax ID. 2. Bank statements for the previous 3 months. 3. Social Security number of business owner(s). How does the application process work? The Signature application process is simple and typically takes about 10 minutes. You can apply online or over the phone by calling (718)-618-6506. What industries do you work with? We work with more than 700 different kinds of businesses including restaurants, retailers, auto repair shops, healthcare professionals, HVAC contractors and many other service providers. How quickly can I receive an Advance from Signature? We can deliver decisions in minutes and funding in as fast as 24 hours. Is there any obligation if I apply? No, if you apply with Signature, there is no obligation to accept the offer and your offer is valid for 30 days, at which time it expires.
General Customer QuestionsI need to change the bank account that Signature is currently debiting. Can I do this online? Signature is happy to assist you with a bank account change request. Please reach out to Signature Customer Service for more information. Currently online support of a bank account change is not supported. I have questions about payments such as how to make additional payments or payment relief options? Please reach out to our Customer Service team so we may evaluate your request and reach out to the proper channels. I believe there was an extra payment taken from my account. Why would I be seeing this? ACH transactions take 24hrs to process so your account will always draft the day after we initiate the payment. Signature has filed a UCC on my business, how do I get this released? Once the terms of your agreement with Signature are satisfied, please email Signature Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org with a written request to release the UCC. When are we eligible for additional funding? You may be eligible for additional funding when your Advance is 50% paid down. However, speaking with a Signature specialist for instructions is always recommended.
Does Signature have pre-payment penalties, how do I close it out? If you wish to buy back your receivables from signature, you may do so at any time. There are no pre-payment penalties, just email email@example.com to request payoff letter with payment instructions.
